Pros

There aren't any pros to working here.

Cons

- Absolute disconnect from top to bottom, there is 0 sense of comradery in the company, as its so big its literally impossible to feel like your a part of it, you just feel like you operate in a silo. - Overworked, underpaid, complete savages - Fires any talent that challenges the status quo - Fires any talent who wants to create a healthy work culture - 99% of their employees leave, since only the top 3 executives are actually making any money or have a decent work schedule - managers are expected to take on 2-3 times the client load initially promised in interview - Training is non-existent, and they expect you to create the training manuals, despite the fact that they're pitching clients daily on their proprietary strategies and systems, which are actually completely dysfunctional, understaffed, underqualified, and ultimately you are paying 10x the actual the man hours your getting. - Its impossible to establish strong rapport with clients, as there are simply too many to spend quality time with any one of them. - The only managers who do succeed are spending 12-14 hours a day working - They do not compensate for overtime, even if its being required of you to meet deadlines - Ridiuclous amount of time and effort expected of you throughout the entire year, there is no break, and it only gets worse - Professional, positive and constructive feedback I provided to upper management was met with hostility and they ended up firing me - just for pointing out some areas for improvement, and I even put together a new Rx model, and action plan to fix some of the cultural and communication issues, this was met with the response of employee termination - they basically fired me because I wanted to make things better; its obvious they have no interest in changing their wholly unethical business practices.

Pros

I like how nice everyone is, the office is really nice and the canteen service is a big plus.

Cons

Is quite complicated to grow within the company, you have to be really lucky and good to be able to switch teams/projects.

Pros

Pay is better than industry standards, pro-flexible working, some decent and reputable accounts.

Cons

The company culture is not great - a high amount of pressure is put on individuals from management. This led to a number of employees suffering from high rates of unhappiness, sick leave for mental health issues, and burnout.
