Pros

Everyone at every seniority level is talented, thoughtful, and a joy to work with. The leadership has established a healthy work culture and environment for collaboration and joy while pursuing excellence. I can confidently say working at Jam3 has made me a better producer and helped me grow professionally and personally.

Cons

Not sure if this is a con, but the only thing I can think of is that the work is hard. The bar is high, and responsibilities are complex. This is not the role for someone who doesn't want to be challenged.

Pros

Some croissants on Wednesdays that they call a breakfast

Cons

If Stanley Kubrick directed a horror movie about an agency, MediaMonks Berlin would be it. This place is everything that is wrong with advertising. Complete disregard for their employees. Don't even think about asking for a raise or a promotion. The management is as incompetent, rude, toxic, and unprofessional as they come. They just want to grow the business for the shareholders, they have no interest in developing and retaining their people. The rotation of employees in this place is out of this world. I saw the company completely change 3 times within a year. They have more freelancers than actual employees. 0 benefits despite the promises, we did have a German class for 1 month then they decided it was too expensive for them to continue doing so. The office is so ugly and uncomfortable and it is in the middle of a construction site. If you care about your mental health, your career, your sanity, and your dignity, do yourself a favor; run!

Pros

Pay is decent. Benefits are good.

Cons

No culture. Purely growth driven for shareholders with little to no regard to employees. Uses workers in cheaper labor markets while charging rates from more expensive labor markets and pocketing the difference. Cares more about awards than people. Career growth is stymied by disorganization, confusion, and a lack of clear pathways. Lots of promises. Very little delivery. Largely dispersed workforce and no money for work travel so teams rarely meet face to face.
