      Pros

      As a former employee, I have mixed feelings about my time there. On the one hand, there were many talented and creative people that I had the pleasure of working with. The projects we worked on were often interesting, and it was exciting to have big-name clients.

      Cons

      However, there were some significant downsides to working for Media.Monks as well. The management of talent was often poor, and it seemed like the focus was always on the bottom line rather than employee satisfaction or development. Communication was also lacking, which made it difficult to feel connected to the larger organization or understand the company's goals. Furthermore, there was a notable lack of honesty and transparency in many of the company's dealings, which created a sense of mistrust among employees. It often felt like money was prioritized over everything else, including employee well-being and satisfaction. Overall, while the company had its positive aspects, I would caution anyone considering working there to carefully weigh the pros and cons before accepting a position.
