      Great people and pay but unstable project pipeline

      Pros

      I enjoyed working here. The people were supportive, the culture was respectful, and the compensation and benefits were strong. When projects were active, the work was engaging and the team collaboration was great.

      Cons

      Toward the end there weren’t enough projects in the pipeline, which meant limited work and eventually layoffs despite the overall experience being good

      The workload is not high and with discipline you can enjoy a lot of free time to learn and develop new skills that can leverage your career.

      Cons

      If you set you self to accomplish only what is expected you can ended up on your comfort zone and this will definitely come after you when you try to move to other companies where you will have a higher workload and less time to deal with things
