      Some accounts and projects are strong; others aren’t.

      - Leadership lacks transparency and honest communication. - No raises or promotions for 4-5 years; promotions, when they happen, only include a 3% salary increase. - Excessive overtime is the common. - There is no real company culture, and morale is very low. - Many of the most talented employees are laid off.
