      Pros

      Good work and projects, good ambient.

      Cons

      No promotions at all, inconsistencies in leadership, not clear path for the personal growth. This is at least in the Mexico Office.

      Pros

      Due to the recently acquisitions, if you are at the company with more power you'll have a quick growth, otherwise forget about it.

      Cons

      They are having lots of acquisitions and forgetting about the people who helped them built the company. Many people who worked hard when it was small or before their company was acquired by MediaMonks are frozen at the same position or without salary increase (even handle many functions that are not supposed to be done by that person). It's such a shame and I strongly don't recommend anyone to be part of this company.
