      It might be well positioned to really start something interesting in AI as they ask employees to freely pitch or develop their own AI capabilities.

      Cons

      lack of cohesive leadership makes it difficult to build strong teams that last longer than a few projects.

      Loved working for the monks, great company culture, young and old digital wizards work there, stay creative you all.

      Cons

      Lately turning into a content factory due to management decisions. Lost it's identity a bit. Still there is great talent walking around there. Hope that management will recognise this and that the old culture will be able to return one day.
