      Pros

      Proper onboarding, good atmosphere, amazing clients, best in class tooling and capabilities. Leader in digital/ AI innovation. Very good international network.

      Cons

      Fast growth of the company in recent years means that management is always catching up on things. Too many verticals within the company combined an output/production driven way of working, making working on an integrated/ cross capability client a challenge.

      Very flexible in terms of remote working and hours Really supported me in my transfer from Canada to UK

      Work with people across the world which can often cause break down in ways of working as there’s different time zones making it tricky When I moved to London office, HR and company org wasn’t made clear to me.
