      Pros

      There are many great people left who care for both their colleagues and their clients. Competitive salaries and some good benefits. Overall, good work/life balance.

      Cons

      This was a great agency, but now they prioritize profits over people. Recently, there have been many layoffs of employees with excellent performances, without any type of communication from leaders to explain the reasoning behind them. Lack of career growth and direction.
