      Company is very focused on the talents and bringing even the most crazy ideas to live. Always a pleasant atmosphere within the team, could not get more support even if I wanted

      Company is in between normal agency type and corporate so sometimes it is hard to adapt or integrate the processes

      If your're tired of working on local or country specific clients, Media.monks will provide opportunities to work on regional accounts. Depending on departments, for the most part, you will often be guided by very dependable managers that will also do their best to support your growth.

      Cons

      Not really a Media.Monks specific problem but you can feel like your expandable and lacking job security since there has been periods where there has been layoffs. However, if you are valuable to your team, usually thats not the case. Don't expect increments or bonuses within a year, it is possible but may be challenging at the current moment.
