      Pros

      - nice, chill office (with snack-filled pantry) to work in if you are willing to commute - friendly culture that makes it easy for you to approach anyone

      Cons

      - health insurance may seem impressive (BUPA Gold) but does not include dental claims - onboarding is skimpy (was informed I'll have a work buddy for first month but I had no one) - no year-end bonus or office shut-down for the holidays (unlike other agencies which shut for 2 weeks in Dec)

      Sadly enough, none. It was so detrimental I can’t think of anything positive, maybe the location?

      Toxic environment. Colleagues (mostly men) took inflexible attitudes, the workplace felt more like a battle zone to be conquered rather than an office. Hidden hierarchies and the cut-throat environment ensured only stress, leading to disengagement and illness.
