      Lots of new positions open each day, so there are opportunities for both promotions and to start in Great team members and management Truly practicing what they preach - you can give feedback to anyone

      Cons

      There is no traditional office, so you must set your own boundaries and find your own balance. I had trouble finding that balance when I started.
