      Pros

      Media.Monks is really a great place to work if they increase their pay parity a bit. Very flexible, innovative, and inclusive work culture. They really make you feel at home. Choose them if you wanna work at peace with some amazingly creative leaders.

      Cons

      The only odd thing that I have found in the last 2 years is a few impolite folks and their acceptability in such a great work culture. This case is especially with a few female monks at their India office. It is essential for the company to address such issues, especially when they involve some core department leaders.
