      Pros

      A company that cares about people’s well being, people are professional yet are laidback and you feel that you can truly be yourself around coworkers, open conversation about current events, & pretty decent work life balance.

      Cons

      Pay is are pretty low, and not competitive market rate. Will low ball you…Agency grew pretty big, so there’s almost no room room for negotiations once you’re in the system… at least for my experience.
