      Pros

      Good benefits, bonuses, salary, excellent enviroment, HR really care about their employees and management hear about your concerns, usually your free time is respected.

      Cons

      As any consultant job, the dynamics with some clients could not be the best and aparts you from the core of the company

      Pros

      - Good clients if you get the chance to work with them - People are nice and friendly - Office is nice if you don't mind commuting

      Cons

      - Salary is very low and honestly not very realistic to the market or the cost of living in Amsterdam. If you get the chance to have your salary increased, you'll also not get anything exceptional - Long internal processes for everything, loads of bureaucracy - They don't care much about people or what people are complaining for. Especially with salary raises or wfh - I saw a lot of burnouts or people quitting very fast
