      Highly awarded, great brand names to work on. Super bright and creative people. Fun culture. Lots of room for growth and entrepreneurship is rewarded

      The company is trying to become more mature, so encountering some growing pains. Needs stronger processes and needs to build capacity into the teams so people don’t feel overworked
