      International agency where you are actually working on clients internationally - this is because the organisation function under a single P&L (entity) thus sharing resources across the globe. They also try to uphold a work-life balance by making sure work does not go beyond working hours and are open to pushing back on deadlines that are unrealistic.

      Cons

      The usual agency challenges - organisationally + working in silos.
