      It is a company that will push you to improve yourself - the feedback culture helps with you continuous improving yourself. Great work-like balance.

      Cons

      there are people who work here who are not a cultural fit, who are not efficient but are kept because they become sort of a part of the team. They shouldn't be there. High performers only.
