      Pros

      It is a great place to work. People is always willing to teach each other and you learn a lot.

      Cons

      Although the company claims to be a family, there are some drawbacks, since senior management is not always crystal clear in company decisions which caused many talented developers that made what Zemoga is today to leave the company for better opportunities. Though the perks are great, they don’t compete with a good salary which is quite low compared to the industry.
