Great place to work

Pros

The Argentine office is the best place to work in advertising in the country. Salary wise it offers the best conditions and, unlike other ad agencies, they truly value their employees.

Cons

Considering we do all of our work for brands from other countries, it would be great if the salary gap wouldn't be so huge between us and employees with the same job titles and expertise in other latitudes.

Pros

Top digital talent in the industry. Tier 1 clients and brands to work on. Sometimes super interesting and creative work. Freedom to work in your own way. Great atmosphere and environment to work in. Great canteen food.

Cons

Low pay. Awful life balance. As an account manager, producer, or PM, you will be constantly short-handed, and resources are lacking. Internal organization is very messy. Salespeople takes stupid decisions many times.
