Pros

Remote work and good benefits.

Cons

The frequent re-organizations that happen from the top down every few months have created a culture of chaos and all-time low morale. Unrealistic timelines, under-estimated hours, poor management. Decisions are driven by numbers for the shareholders. Most people are looking to leave. They continue to post positions while laying off the same positions from within. I left as soon as I found something else.

Pros

- Remote work - Cool office with good perks

Cons

- 10% of the company GLOBALLY has been laid off (I was impacted) - Schedule a meeting an hour in advance for when they're going to lay you off in the middle of your work day - Offer a GARBAGE severance package - Founder is absolutely insane and insistent on tanking this worthless company - No one actually seems to be doing anything that involves working towards a goal
