Nothing special work wise, but really good benefits

Good benefits - half day Fridays, medical, 3% RRSP

Cons

Company is kind of a shift show. Def feels like a production first company. Leadership doesn’t really have a clue what they are doing. Remote first company is what was most appealing but now forcing everyone back into the office.
