Pros

Tech leads, seniors and technical directors are usually very active and cultivate a culture of learning. Whenever a problem arises, there's almost always someone there for you depending on how patient you are.

Cons

Work life balance is pretty bad, the PM would call at 10pm local time with no respect and wouldn't even apologize for the inconvenience.
