You learn a lot. You teach a lot. Flexible Hours. Health Insurance. Benefits/Discounts

Cons

Too much people, too much time to wait for a promotion. 70% of the Work is done side by side between Semi-Senior, Junior, Trainee and Interns.

Pros

They have great benefits and the salary is not bad. Give them lots of kudos for that. Also, they are pretty flexible with work-from-home and stuff like that.

Cons

First some Honest Role Descriptions, because so many people working here feel misled at first. "Producer" actually means Project Manager "Project Manager" actually means Secretary "Creative" actually means Creative Technologist (M.M is in the business of selling creative tech solutions, not so much creative). "Designer" actually means... Designer. Bingo! "Creative Director" actually means Sales Rep (their job is to sell tech solutions). Otherwise, your reality at M.M will depend heavily on the accounts you get assigned to. The big accounts are all run like “asset pumps” – a bunch of folks just pumping out "assets" like their job depended on it. And the small accounts all aspire to become just like the big ones. It's all pretty relentless and you should know that coming in because there isn't much of a support system for it all. You'll just have to grind, and the more you can automate yourself the better off you'll be. That's just how it is.
