      Some good Pros, but some bad Cons

      Pros

      You meet some of the best people here, and in this frantic industry, they're what keep you going! You also learn bucket loads and get incredible exposure to the industry. MediaMonks is a great space to be. The benefits are fab too!

      Cons

      The work is intense, the pay isn't amazing, progression isnt prioritised enough, and it can be very cliquey.
