Pros

Solid benefits, decent pay, flexible hours, good people in general, good parties is what I hear but I didn’t get to go because of COVID

Cons

Couldn’t retain good leadership, Leadership now is controlling, self centered, power hungry. Never in my life have I witnessed Directors, VPs and especially CFOs act in this way towards employees. They’re clueless, can no longer retain diverse talent under their new management and I wouldn’t be surprised if more people continued to leave. Poor organization and management has led to back office being near useless to the rest of the org. Too lean in some teams, too inflated in others, zero synergy, zero leadership, not to mention POC leaving left and right.

Pros

You feel like a family and they help and encourage you to grow as a professional and as a person.

Cons

They mention everywhere that you can work remotely around the world but the reality is that this depends on the client. I couldn't work from the USA or another Latin America county because the client didn't allow it, so it was frustrating for me.
