Great people work here - smart and kind. I have learned so much from amazing leaders and they are the reason why I have stuck around for so long. Great benefits.

I am coming into the company from an acquired company. Media.Monks hasn't had performance reviews in 2 years and the timelines are constantly delayed. We are losing people because only emergency promotions and raises have been awarded. And I guess it isn't seen as an emergency that the entire company hasn't had the process complete yet. Media.Monks grew through acquisition and I haven't seen the same level of care about employees since. We seldom have all-hands or virtual team events. To add, I feel work life balance has been impacted as well. Overall, it feels as thought the company has given up what made it special.
