      Pros

      Zemoga is a really great place to work, the people is kind and nice, you can be whoever you are, people is interested in how you feel, there are excellent perks.

      Cons

      Is not very friendly the way you have to request for free time (vacations, etc...), sometimes the program manager is just useless. The way of measuring your career path process is not objetive and difficult to track.
