Remote-friendly with supportive colleagues, solid vacation and benefits package, and an office option that offered events and perks for those who went in.

Cons

The company has gone through significant layoffs and reduced investment in its Canadian operations and in the US as well. Leadership presence in Canada has diminished, with many departures, and hiring efforts are now more focused on other regions such as Latin America for a lot of roles, especially non client facing roles.

Had trouble finding any. The health insurance wasn’t bad.

Cons

Duplicate capabilities that compete for sales in the same account. No payment for commissions earned. No raise. No performance reviews. Constant reorganization. 1 week of severance at layoff for each year served. No health insurance.
