      Pros

      Understanding management Ability to grow into other roles Plenty of A-list brands to put on your resume Benefits are amazing. I haven't had out of pocket medical expenses since joining. Work from home. Competent coworkers.

      Cons

      Raises. They only happen once a year. If you get moved around, your new manager may not have the details to put you up for a raise. The company itself isn't doing well from a profit standpoint. Not awful, but not great, Adds stress on how long you'll be there.

      Always fully remote, no offices

      Cons

      Back when it was Theorem, you used to be surrounded by smart people. Well I guess that was too expensive for the new stakeholders so now it's all about replacing us with inexperienced and low quality workers. Ops, IT, payroll, program management, it is all outsourced to incompetent and cheap labor.
