Pros

Good work/life balance Awesome benefits and 401k Relatively high earning potential

Cons

Forced overtime Unrealistic expectations Will abuse reliable work force to cover for the unreliable and lazy employees Entry level is inching closer to a 10 year stint before you can actually move up.

Pros

Once you learn the job the breaks are unlimited as long as you get your job duties done. The line could be running hour long sets. So all you have to do is put the rolls into a box. After this you just go to break until the next roll is ready.

Cons

Sometimes no matter how well you manage your time the work is so overwhelming you won’t get more than a few 5 minute breaks in your 12 hour shift. This entirely depends on how fast the line is running.
