      A Stable - Growing Company.

      Pros

      The company is the world's leading manufacturer of water soluble technologies. An environmentally friendly product that is not going anywhere. The company has a long term future. I do not think that the whole world will say that the environment is not important anytime soon. In times like these where you never know what can happen, I prefer to be somewhere that i know will be there moving forward. With that being said, the company is growing with plans for the future. New facilities, new positions, new opportunities for advancement. It is truly a great time to be a part of the company and showcase what you can do to help push the company forward. The opportunities are provided, it's up to you to take advantage. The more effort you put in, the more you will get out of it. In addition to this, the company pay is very strong along with the benefits. When compared to other much larger organizations out there (nationwide) the company's benefit package is stronger than most.

      Cons

      Company is still growing. Somethings are done "old fashioned way." But that's only room for improvement. Technology makes things easier for everyone.
