      Good benefits, nice salary package for some.

      Sexual harassment on the leadership team goes unaddressed or swept under the rug. Favoritism, nepotism.

      Good people but they get worse as you move up the career ladder

      Cons

      Moving HQ to Chicago with no genuine explanation. Expecting everyone to move their families and homes to Chicago despite a survey where over half the employees said they would leave if we moved HQ to Chicago. Now people have to decide whether to move or do a two hour commute in traffic thanks to our new company president.

      Forced overtime Unrealistic expectations Will abuse reliable work force to cover for the unreliable and lazy employees Entry level is inching closer to a 10 year stint before you can actually move up.
