I have worked with the college for over 5 years. There was always a special interest in the development of my career from the senior management team I worked under. The college has always been focused on growth while maintaining the fact that the students, faculty and staff are taken care of. Throughout the years I have been giving different responsibilities and the guide needed to develop my skills and expertise in my field. - Family-oriented environment - loyal - strong interest in the growth and development of its students, faculty and staff

- needs a lounge, community area/lounge for students to come together

Open door policy by all of the executives including the President Executives really care about their employees Great benefits/401K/vacation days Offers career oriented education to its students Motivated to help students to succeed

Cons

Hopefully in the future there will be a Student Center where students can come to "hang out" with their friends in a safe, controlled environment.

Pros

There used to be a sense of commitment to faculty, staff,and most of all students, not any more. This has all changed.

Cons

incompetent management,especially at the academic level, over focused on sports and international students, and less focused on the day to day commitments of our core students from the Bronx who make the this family rich. Under appreciative of real talent, over appreciative of employees who are willing to bow and scrape and do a dance to keep management smiling.
