      Pros

      Good benefit for market standard but not within Richemont. Staff sale.

      Cons

      Management prefer to hire who they know rather than who can do the job. It’s German company that prefers French since top management is mostly French. Management uses loop hole to benefit their own personal interest and pocket. 50% doing work and 50% politics

      technology needs a lot of workarounds, but you are always able to work in the end.
