To experience dealing with quality products and to handle and sell the product the customer wants.

Cons

In my time I haven’t really experienced any downsides, I’m sure some of my fellow employees could list some minor issues but I can not.

High Pay Amazing POT (3 weeks vacation + 5 personal days!) Wonderful + supportive management Part of Richemont. Huge mobility within the company. Employee sales

Hours can be long but other than that, nothing.

Nothing positive to say about working for Montblanc.

Cons

Very poor management, unachievable targets based off an unfair roster whereby the boutique management has the same two consecutive RDO’s every week while other staff work a wildly inconsistent workweek. They were taken to Fair Work by more than one ex employee during the time I worked there. Every single employee besides the manager quit.
