      I am impressed of talented people working in the Montlanc headquarter and doing excellent job everyday despite any difficulties, quite hectic deadlines, parallel multi-tasks, strong changing environment etc. I can rely on the best cooperation with other departments and solve all issues in the nearest time. As a newcomer I received a full real support from my colleagues and feel a part of the team from the beginning. I am very glad to work here.

      Cons

      Montblanc office is located a bit far from the city center and this is the one disadvantage I really see. Because when work is a pleasure, life is a joy and I feel comfortable to spend some extra time on the way to work (enjoy reading books e g)

You are right, our headquarter is not located in the city center, but this enables us to offer enough space for our around 1,000 colleagues and our writing instrument manufacture. Isn’t it inspiring to be sitting in a meeting while having a close look at our craftspeople work in the manufacture? With several services, such as a laundry service, a pharmacy service or a drop-off/pick-up parcel service, we aim to make life easier for you. Regarding your request for a sport area: did you know that we organize various sport activities, including a weekly running group, a squash group or a badminton group? Ask your HR Business Partner to tell you more about our sport activities - maybe there's something interesting for you.       Pros

      Montblanc sells great quality products, as long as you don't drop them. However, for a ballpoint or rollerball writing instrument, they're a bit too expensive for the base model. If you're going to invest in a Montblanc, I recommend a fountain pen.

      Cons

      The Area Manager is a micromanager who resents anyone's opinion or ideas that aren't her own. If she decides she doesn't like you or wants to hire a "friend" she'll make your life hell until you either resign or she manages you out. She'll write you up for petty reasons, some of which she makes up and some she assumes before even speaking to you about it to gain clarity. Along with myself, I know of 4 other successful Store Managers in the U.S. that she terminated or forced into resignation.

      friendly and smart people, diverse, big enough for international scope, small enough to know almost everyone, new ideas welcome, great products, can work remotely, good compensation

      Cons

      intense at times as most people have extensive responsibilities, some processes lacking leading to too much manual work
