      Pros

      Clean Safe environment. Challenging work. Low run sizes so lots of variety in the work. Great People willing to help to train and encourage. Many long time employees including multiple members of families. Several husbands and wives work there. you don't do that if a company is no good. Good Benefits.

      Cons

      Productivity goals can be a stressor - but the team leaders work hard to make them achievable. Lot's of feedback.

      The leaders are a second-generation family, but they're amazing at their jobs and take the time to build relationships with their employees. The work itself can become repetitive, but new parts can bring new challenges to keep you on your toes

      There's very little room for advancement
