Not what it used to be

Pros

This used to be a good company where good engineers used to be appreciated and promoted. Now we see unqualified people coming with referral jobs who don't know business come along and be ur boss.

Cons

Hiring here is not on merit but you have to be son,daughter or grand daughter of owners or some referrals.
