The company does not care about the employees unless you are family. Pay is inconsistent, management changes every 3 months.

The Company itself from the various owner groups at each store. Mr Thompson and his corporate henchmen only care about themselves so in turn hire lower level management that is the same. Very high turnover (even for a dealer) , which leads to poor cust service and less repeat business. Lack of transparency in sales,service,office adds to overall mistrust. Common to hire 3-5 young sales people that can’t make any income. This group will work 2-3 months and then quit. Rinse and repeat.
