Moreover, management is inclined to cheat and find other means to mitigate earnings and commission. Comparatively speaking, the service and enviornment is best described as "ghetto".

Pay is terrible, unless you're a salesperson, but the CEO likes us to cheer when he shares with us how well the company is doing, forgetting that our pay has been frozen for years (since the recession) because the company was "going through tough times." If you don't actually sell the car or aftermarket accessory, you're just a necessary expense. Family-owned business. Loser kids involved. Recipe for disaster.
