Pay is not appropriate to experience. Don’t retain or try to retain long term staff, pay often is behind new employees being hired.

Cons

Poor communication with management, they prioritize certain policies over others, no “stop the line” process, lack of safety measures and closed loop communication. Cares more about profit than evidence based practice. Scheduling process doesn’t allow any flexibility
