According to our most recent confidential employee survey: 90% of current employees agree/strongly agree Moody Rambin is a good place to work. 91% of current employees agree/strongly agree they would recommend Moody Rambin to their friends as a place to work. Success never rests and requires constant innovation and improvement. However we believe these ratings are strong indicators on how our employees feel about the culture at Moody Rambin.

These are the core values of the company and are more than mere words; they are at the core of everything we do and how we strive to operate on a daily basis. It's about the people, our shared common goals and our vision for the future.

Cons

Growth, however, it is not a downside - just a challenge. With contined growth comes continual change (improvements) and generally speaking, people don't like change. One must be flexible to work in this environment.
