Pros

Moody Rambin operates with Integrity, Honesty, Excellence, Accountability and Respect. These are the core values of the company and are more than mere words; they are at the core of everything we do and how we strive to operate on a daily basis. It's about the people, our shared common goals and our vision for the future.

Cons

Growth, however, it is not a downside - just a challenge. With contined growth comes continual change (improvements) and generally speaking, people don't like change. One must be flexible to work in this environment.

HR and Management have standards in place in regards to background and reference checks. However, there are many obstacles HR is faced with when obtaining this information. We are very limited to questions that can be asked and what information will be provided, given the prospective employee has given us permission to contact a previous employer.
