Just love this company as the company policy is Good. You i can share you my experience as I joined moofwd in 2022 and working from past 3 years. Moofwd hired me for MasterCard and working for MasterCard is really nice. When it comes to salary and appraisal then moofwd gives you a good appraisal undoubtedly. Here you will also get a good work life balance and if you are really willing to improve your skill then you will get plenty of time to improve your skill Afterall this company is really awesome.

Cons

Can't say what I dislike yeah sometime I feel unstable as this is s service based company. But we can even improve this drawback just by putting some of efforts by the management like when you get informed from the clients try to have some more backups for your employee so that they can't feel lonely and left in this situation.
