Some improvements can be done in terms of processes

The work culture is awful. Management is dominating, and the atmosphere is unpleasant and stifling. There's no career growth, and employees feel undervalued and demotivated. This company's work environment is pathetic, with a lack of basic respect and decency. I strongly advise anyone seeking a positive and fulfilling career to avoid this company.
