Pros
I joined Moog India as a fresher. Moog provided me a very challenging opportunities. The responsibilities given to me was really appreciable. The policy of "TRUST ON EMPLOYEES" was followed strongly which is really great. The culture was great and excellent. My mentors were great and learned so much from them. The employees were taken care very well. They are flexible and give much freedom for the employees to work efficiently.
