Pros
For a Technician, which is usually a diploma holder, Moog India is heaven. Job is good, Salary is fairly good, economically stable and secure and quiet nice opportunities including abroad work / trainings and other perks.
Cons
For an Engineer, the one with 4 or more years of degree, This is not exactly the right place. There is not much value addition, no learning, growth opportunities are minimal. In other words your career graph comes to a flat stop.
