The people hired at Moog are among the brightest. Moog's greatest asset is its human capital.

Cons

Organizationally, stuck in the sixties. The inability to lean itself out by aggressively approaching solutions and an archaic way of doing business will be the detriment. Moog cannot continue to compete with the current mindset.
