      Pros

      I am most grateful for the entire team here at Moog. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant to work with. The onboarding couldn't have gone any easier. I would highly recommend Moog to anyone looking to start a new journey and career.

      Too much out of touch upper management

      Pros

      Strong business position where there is more work than what the current infrastructure can handle. Working with operators with decades of experience who really care about their work and the product. Benefits and end of year plant shut down. Great place to work if you have strong boundaries and prioritize job security and benefits.

      Cons

      Out of touch and dismissive upper management. Very aggressive goals set and instead of providing resources and removing obstacles, they create additional barriers to make the work even harder to accomplish.

      Great Benefits, pay, and opportunity to advance. A good work life balance. The ability to work remote as needed. Flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      So far nothing that I would classify as a con. So, I guess would make this comment a pro in itself.
